Influencing and Decision Making - Context for Decisions

May 07
A Future Project Leaders Event

Often when seeking clarity to enable a decision we end up seeking additional information, when in fact what might be more useful is providing greater context for the information we already have. Our speaker Mark Steward will show us how we can use algorithms to provide greater clarity and certainty in the decision making process. Mark will use a project budget example to demonstrate this, although this technique is not limited to project management.

This Future Project Leaders event is aimed at young and emerging project leaders only.
