Fundamentals, Foundations and Fun.

Running modern-day organisations and teams is rewarding work. But it can also be stressful and difficult, particularly if, as leaders, we are unsure about how best to approach difficult staff, deal with pressurised time-frames and juggle ongoing limited resources.

That's when fun turns to frazzle!

The life of those in Project Management is exciting and interesting, but can also be challenging and complex. And because we have different projects and outcomes demanding our time all at once, leading can often be more difficult and viewed, mistakenly, as an added stress. However, if you lead well and use key fundamentals and leadership foundations to do it well, your role is easier and your people perform better.

  • What are the foundations of highly performing teams and how do we introduce them into the teams we lead?
  • What are the fundamentals of ensuring we sustain highly performing teams so that we consistently lead with impact, every day?
  • Why is having fun at work so critically important to our mental health (and those of our people) and to employee engagement overall?
Join us for an informative, insightful and action packed session with psychologist and international leadership and team development expert Caryn Walsh, who has been developing Boards, CEO’s, Executive Leaders and Teams down the line for over two decades in Australia and internationally in Africa and the South Pacific Region.
