The Project Leadership Age

May 29
National Roadshow | Exclusive Member Only Event

We are on the brink of a new era. The information age was premised on knowledge-based technological advances that disrupted organisations, economies and our way of life as we knew it. The world’s next transformation promises to be at least as revolutionary as the last one.

We are on the cusp of the Project Leadership Age.

The world now recognises what project leaders have always known – that strategic change happens through projects. Progress only exists if we are able to translate ideas into reality and project leadership is the vehicle that mobilises this.
Digital innovations and heightened stakeholder expectations have altered the landscape of how our work gets done. Few of our job roles look the same today as they did even five years ago, and we will experience even greater rates of change over the next ten years.
Join the AIPM Advisory Group at the 2019 National Roadshow as they reimagine the nature of the project leadership landscape. Discover what we need to start doing now to reinvent ourselves and our teams to confidently evolve for a fast-moving and hyper-competitive future.
