Tackling Project Communication

Jun 19
Are you looking for an alternative way to tackle your project communication?

When it comes to tools and templates, one size doesn’t fit all and finding ways to cut through the noise to get stakeholder attention is vital. Join Dr Bronte Van der Hoorn from University of Southern Queensland as she presents on The Project-Space Model: a new tool to drive action in projects.
The Project-Space Model is a visual and tactile tool, which is already used in various organisations to provide a new way to explain project status, including what’s getting in the way of progress. By the end of this seminar, you’ll have a new way to talk about your project that drives action and breaks free of project management jargon.
Take your practice to the next level with this evidence-based tool developed by the University of Southern Queensland’s Project and Program Management Research Group.
Feedback on the Project-Space Model from users:

It helped me work out the important components and helped me explain it more easily to the Board”, from a Project Manager;

This tool was able to identify strategic issues from the large number of factors in the project” from a Project Board Member.
