Every project has stakeholders but knowing how to work with them will be the difference between a successful project and an unsuccessful project. Poor stakeholder management in a project can lead to delays in project delivery and cost increases and being able to properly identify and effectively manage stakeholder expectations is an essential part of every Project Manager's skill set.
