What does Diversity bring to a project and how can you benefit?

Diversity isn't related to just gender, race or religion, there is so much more behind the meaning of diversity.

The ROI to business of a diverse workforce has been proven to be worth the investment as diverse work groups avoid group think and develop better solutions and products. The investment to create an inclusive workplace isn’t that large but results in a happier workplace for all. As leaders we need to understand how we can create an inclusive workplace to encourage and capitalise on diversity.

Join us as Dr Niki Vincent, Equal Opportunities Commissioner (SA) covers off on the broader diversity issues and presents information across the entire diversity spectrum, including a business case for having a diverse workforce no matter what line of business you may be in. Dr Vincent's presentation will also provide information on the resources available to support a business entering into this space.

The presentation will be followed by beverages and canapes to allow time for networking with colleagues and peers.
