Teresa Janowski Teresa has worked in a variety of Tech companies including Telstra, Motorola, BAE Systems and SAAB Technologies in a career spanning over 25 years. In 2013, Teresa joined STEM Nation and transformed the organisation by creating the award-winning mentoring programs: STEM Sista and STEM Mista. These programs give students the chance to solve real world problems, learn life skills, and build the resilience required to succeed both in their STEM careers and into the future. In 2018, Teresa established STEM Fasttrack and with her team has grown the program offering across Australia and is launching the first STEM Sista program in Europe. 
Dr Glenn Shimmin Glenn is a results-driven project and program manager who has worked most of his 20-year career in the Environment Department of the South Australian Government. Glenn has successfully led small and large teams delivering construction / environmental engineering programs on the River Murray and in the South East.  He has also led environmental investigations and business case development to ensure appropriate solutions are identified for current and future environmental issues and opportunities.  Glenn has also worked extensively in the policy and legislative reform space, having led the program to have forestry water use accounted for through Water Allocation Planning in the South East.
Emilio De Stefano Emilio is Director & Principal of De Stefano & Co | Defence Industry Experts. De Stefano & Co is a boutique management consultancy and advisory firm that assists businesses in navigating the complex defence industry environment and growing their defence sector revenues. Defence industry strategy, tenders and grants are what De Stefano & Co do best.

Emilio holds Bachelor level qualifications in engineering and management, and has also undertaken numerous postgraduate programs including a Masters in Engineering, the South Australian Defence Industry Leadership Program and an Executive Program at the prestigious Stanford Graduate School of Business. After four years in the role of General Manager at Smart Fabrication, which saw the company experience record year-on-year growth, become a key player nationally and win two prominent awards in 2014 and 2015, in November 2015 he decided it was time to take the plunge and established De Stefano & Co | Defence Industry Experts.
Iain Johnstone Iain has worked in Defence, Industry, ICT and an Overseas Mission for 20 years delivering acquisition projects, hornet upgrade, vigilare, enterprise information management, and ERP; sustainment outcomes, leading defence logistics information systems branch & establishing military platform integration capability; frameworks & delivery programmes; reform for the first principles review & managing export controls, commercial activities & project relationships into the US military & defence industry. He is currently responsible for policy, practice, processes for defence, programmes, projects and products; professionalisation, training & career pathways for 1300 APS & military practitioners; delivering on information needs and requirements to support project delivery and capability management; providing confidence & assurance to CASG of program performance and practice and implementing the business model directed by the capability life cycle.
