Eligibility for CPPM™
- Do you have a solid and broad understanding of professional practices and knowledge in project management?
- Are you directly accountable for the management of projects in your present role?
- Have you been directly accountable for the management of at least two projects during the last three years?
- Do you develop management plans for all stages of the project lifecycle?
- Do you establish and utilise project management controls (e.g., WBS, schedule, budget, risk and issues registers, change registers, etc.)?
- Do you monitor and control projects against approved management plans and project management controls?
- Can you provide documentary evidence of this work from the past three years?
