This course is designed for emerging project professionals. You’ll learn to design, define, resource for projects whilst accounting for risks and issues, and planning for assurance. Leverage the people aspect of projects in team structures and communication with stakeholders. All with an understanding of how projects need to fit within the organisational context. Consists of 9 units of competency, with 3 core units and 6 elective units and an assessment. As part of the course, provision of structured evidence to demonstrate competency in all 9 units is required.

This course is designed for professionals responsible for promoting and implementing best practices methods and tools within their organisations. Participants will gain expertise in evaluating, selecting, and tailoring methods and tools such as Agile, Waterfall, Incremental and Scrum with organisational standards. The course covers the development of policies and guidelines, as well as the management of reviews to assess the effectiveness and value of these methods. Ideal for those looking to enhance their leadership role in driving organisational success through optimised projects. As part of the course, provision of structured evidence to demonstrate competency in all 12 units is required.
