As a Qualified Master and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Hypnotherapy who specialises in Leadership, Management, Learning and Organisational Change Development and Design, I have gained experience during the past 30 years in a myriad of diverse industries and companies within the public and private enterprise sectors in Australia, Britain, Scotland, Canada, New Zealand and the USA. My extensive insight and understanding of contemporary transformation, training, communication and change management principles, as well as my ability to encourage and skill managers and employees to adopt and embrace new innovations is testament to my ability as a key note speaker and professional, capable organisational and transitional change specialist.
