The Battle and End of Year Xmas Function

NSW
Dec 15
An epic 4-hour PM simulation that will engage, challenge and thrill you!

We have made it to the end of 2017 and would love you to help us celebrate by competing in The Battle. Join us in an epic 4-hour project management simulation that will engage, challenge and thrill you whist building project management skills and helping you learn about teams and culture. This simulation will be run by our NSW councillor Kestrel Stone of Elemental Projects.

The Battle is a highly scalable interactive project simulation that illuminates the natural tension between competition and collaboration to support meaningful reflection, professional development and growth. Teams are challenged to apply project management skills and best practice processes to build a war machine whilst progressing through the project lifecycle and operating in a world characterised by constraints, budgets, risks and issues. Innovation and problem solving skills are key to success. The simulation builds to an epic battle featuring gamification, technology and a final game twist. The Battle seamlessly combines project management professional development, team building and change management (where applicable) into a fun and relevant game format.

Post The Battle we will be celebrating with some drinks and nibbles to reflect on both the day and the year just finished.

Thank you to our event partner AECOM who is providing the venue.
