Adapting Your Leadership Approach

Jan 31
A Future Project Leaders event

This event is tailored specifically to our under 35's and/or emerging future project leaders.

Across the globe, teams and organisations are facing increasing levels of complexity and uncertainty. The challenges we face today are highly nuanced, and somehow, expertise alone, do not seem to deliver the enduring outcomes we often need. This precarious climate calls on individuals to exercise a new form of leadership; one that mobilises groups of people to make important progress on difficult challenges in order to thrive.

Join us for an interactive conversation and be introduced to some of the key principles and ideas behind the Adaptive Leadership model.

With thanks to our event partner.
