Project Management Office Community of Practice (COP) Forum

The Victorian PMO COP Forums discuss a broad range of 'PMO' related activities, issues and best practice, including:

  • Project Management Office (standards and methodology);
  • Program Management Office (organisational change programmes and managing multiple related projects); and
  • Portfolio Management Office (strategic alignment focus)

Anyone with an interest in PMOs is encouraged to come along and contribute. Meetings are held between 12:30pm and 1:30pm with attendees bringing their own lunch.

Places are limited to 20 attendees, anyone interested after the limit has been reached will be put on a waiting list and notified of any change prior to the event.
