Integrated Master Plans and why you need it in your transformation

An integrated master plan (IMP) is a tool used to define the scheduling, planning, and use of resources at the top level, for the purposes of ensuring everyone is on the same page. Although used often inside Defence programmes of work, it is underused in industry, and quite often misunderstood as a schedule. This presentation will firstly demonstrate the differences between scheduling and planning, and show how having a good integrated master plan can make your transformation more likely to succeed.
